Use your writing skills to help CCC show up online. You’ll draft LinkedIn posts, short-form blogs, and email content from outlines or voice notes — and repurpose content into quote graphics, tip sheets, or visuals (Canva or similar tools). Great for building a real content portfolio.

Instructional Design or eLearning
Collaborate on client learning materials and digital products — including slide decks, video scripts, workbooks, and tutorials. You’ll help organize complex info into user-friendly resources that support career development, leadership growth, and digital learning.

career services & Resume support
Get hands-on with real-world resume projects! You’ll assist in reviewing and polishing resumes for pro bono or template clients, conduct job description + keyword research, and help refine digital resource kits and onboarding tools. This is ideal if you enjoy helping others shine.

Talent Trends Research
Help us stay ahead of the curve by researching what hiring managers and recruiters really want. You’ll design and distribute surveys, conduct short interviews, and compile insights into trends around hiring practices, resumes, and job search behavior. Your findings will directly inform content, services, and client materials.

Systems & Automation
Love streamlining and optimizing? In this role, you’ll audit internal workflows and create simple automations using tools like HoneyBook, Wix, Zapier, and xTiles. You may also create time-saving email templates and help organize backend systems to improve the client experience.
