My career started in talent acquisition and recruitment, where I worked closely with hiring managers to find and retain top talent. I’ve been inside the hiring process, I know what decision-makers look for, and I use that insider knowledge to help job seekers craft personal brands that get noticed.
After years of helping companies build strong teams, I realized candidates needed more guidance and support. That’s why I launched Cantwell Career Coaching—to provide career-altering expertise that empowers professionals to land roles they love, grow as leaders, and build long-term success.
Through a collaborative, high-touch approach, I guide clients in creating compelling career narratives, positioning themselves as industry leaders, and navigating career transitions with confidence. Whether you're actively searching for a job or preparing for long-term growth, I help simplify the process, remove the guesswork, and empower you with the right tools and strategy to take control of your career.
When I'm not working, you can find me indulging in an audiobook, starting DIY projects around my house, crafting, hanging with my family, loving on my 2 young kids, eating snacks, or caring for my furbabies.
