1. Services & Eligibility

Cantwell Career Coaching provides career consulting, resume writing, job search strategy, LinkedIn optimization, and leadership development services. Our services are available to individuals 18 years or older who agree to these terms.

 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

 

2. Payment & Booking Policy

• Payments: All services must be paid in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan option is provided.

• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and online payment methods via our platform.

• No Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final, and refunds will not be issued.

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule coaching calls at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows will forfeit the session.

• Expiration of Services: Services must be used within the specified expiration date listed, unless otherwise agreed.

 

3. Intellectual Property & Use of Content

• All materials, guides, workbooks, and strategies provided are intellectual property of Cantwell Career Coaching.

• You may not share, distribute, or replicate these materials for commercial purposes.

• Unauthorized reproduction or use of our content may result in legal action.

 

4. Client Responsibilities

By purchasing a service, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for providing accurate and timely information to complete your services.

• Our coaching and career services are not guarantees of job placement. We provide strategy and guidance, but job search outcomes depend on various factors outside our control.

• You are responsible for your own job applications, networking, and interview performance.

 

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

• Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• We will never share or sell your personal data.

• All client discussions, coaching sessions, and strategy plans remain confidential.

 

6. Service Modifications & Updates

Cantwell Career Coaching reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time. Changes will be updated on the website and communicated to existing clients as needed.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

• We provide professional career coaching, but we do not guarantee specific job placement results.

• Cantwell Career Coaching is not responsible for employment decisions made by third-party companies.

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental losses resulting from our services.

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of PA. Any disputes will be resolved in PA's courts.
