No Refund Policy: All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of this service and immediate work commencement, refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

Credit & Extension Policy: Under extreme circumstances, service credits or timeline extensions may be considered at the owner's discretion. These situations will be evaluated case-by-case and require documented justification.

If satisfaction is not achieved after the included revision round, additional edits will be provided until the resume meets quality standards, provided adequate information and direction are supplied.

Client Commitment:

Client will try to accommodate the following timelines, but can communicate with the owner directly if they are not able to meet these timelines: 

• Complete career assessment and pre-work form within 5 days of purchase

• Schedule all Phase 1 sessions within 3 weeks of purchase

• Complete job posting interest exercise within 3 days of receiving it

• Respond to document drafts and feedback requests within 5 business days

• Come prepared and engaged for all coaching sessions

• Provide honest feedback about goals, challenges, and preferences

• Provide 24-hour notice for any rescheduling needs

• Commit to 8-10 week program timeline

Service Commitment:

• Deliver complete 3-phase program: Career Clarity & Direction, Personal Brand & Materials, Interview Mastery & Launch

• Provide personalized career path analysis, brand strategy, and UVP development

• Create professionally branded resume, cover letter template, and LinkedIn profile optimization

• Deliver interview coaching, mock interview, and preparation materials

• Maintain confidentiality of all personal and professional information

• Complete entire program within 10-week timeline
