Cancellation Policy

By booking a service with Cantwell Career Coaching (CCC), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Payment & Commitment Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Payment plans may be available for select services. Due to the nature of career coaching and digital service delivery, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. 2. Scheduling & Rescheduling You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice via email or through the scheduling platform. No-shows and last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) will forfeit the session without refund or reschedule. CCC understands that life happens, and one emergency reschedule may be granted at CCC’s discretion. 3. Service Expectations CCC provides career coaching, personal branding, and job search strategy services tailored to your individual needs. Your results depend on your engagement and commitment to the process. CCC does not guarantee job placement. You are responsible for completing any required questionnaires, providing timely feedback, and being an active participant in your career development. 4. Confidentiality & Ethics All client information remains confidential and will not be shared with third parties. CCC operates with integrity and professionalism, ensuring that all career materials reflect your authentic experience and personal brand. 5. Intellectual Property All resume, branding, and job search strategy materials created by CCC are for your personal use only. Templates, guides, and strategy documents may not be resold, shared, or reproduced without written permission.
